Stevens Creek BMW Overall, I'm pleased with customer service at Stevens Creek BMW. I had my X3 serviced there recently and found the staff to be very courteous, helpful and professional. Getting a loaner vehicle was quick and pain free. One drawback was the wait time (30 minutes) to see a service advisor. This was totally understandable given it was a Monday morning. Overall, I felt that the service folks had my best interest in mind and I like that very much. I'll definitely be back for my next scheduled service.

Stevens Creek BMW Great experience. Worked with Jojo, who was professional, informative, patient, and focused on meeting our needs. Direct and fair in sales approach. None of the typical mumbo jumbo that makes you want to move on to the next dealer. Actually a good experience. I will buy from them again.

Stevens Creek BMW Easy as could be. Dropped my car off on Monday for some warranty work, and had it back by Tuesday. Neil was great with communication, and the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend bringing your car here for any work you need done.

Love my BMW i3 Friendly, low key sales. Nice facilities for waiting for a service appointment to be completed (coffee and donuts). Very busy service department in the morning and takes awhile to get checked in. But service check was completed quickly while I waited.
