Excellent service at Stevens Creek BMW This was one of my best experiences getting a car serviced. From scheduling the appointment, to getting a loaner, to picking up my car everything was easy and efficient. My service advisor Steve kept me informed as to the status of my car and the work performed. The team who set up the loaner made sure everything went smooth. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly. I will bring my car here again.

BMW 328I service at Stevens Creek BMW Service was professional and I liked the fact that the company used technology (i.e. text messages and email) to schedule appointments and keep you abreast of the process.
BMW x3 New Car Purchase Exquisite. The salesperson was excellent and the Genius (person) who explains the electronics and gadgets of the car was, well, a genius. Both were extremely patient with me while I investigated everything I could think of before I drove the car off the lot. I am one of those people who wants to know everything up front instead of as I go along. Everyone accommodated that.
