BMW Recall Service Excellent Service. Fast and quick. Only took them 40 minutes to replace the passenger side air bag. Also, they washed and detailed my car. As well as conducted a multipoint inspection and almost appraised my vehicle. My Service Advisor Neil ( Older Gentleman) was very good.
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AWESOME STAFF, KEEP IT UP! When I drove my car in, service staff dived in right away. They were very friendly, courteous and they explained the details of the pretty well. When you don't anything about cars, like myself, you feel comforted when technical people take time to explain and understand your plight.

Customer service now a focus I have been dealing with Stevens Creek BMW for 15 years and the dealership where the service was done yesterday was a complete revelation from what it used to be. Customers used to be people to be ignored but now the service is fast and efficient. I was waived in and processed immediately on arrival then waited maybe a couple of minutes for somebody to fully check the car in for regular service.
