A Great Experience Sales person was knowledgable and very helpful in helping us find our car. Not pushy. Finance agent made a very dull process almost fun.
Service on my 2002 BMW I was happy with the Smog job that was done on my car. Didn't mind to much the 3 hour wait. However, when I got home I discovered there were GREASE MARKS all over the floor where the driver sits. Was disappointed in that! I'm going to try to get them out, only not sure what to use to do that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Very high quality of work I'm quite a perfectionist when it comes to servicing my cars. I tend to do my own maintenance because I've been frustrated a lot in the past when I encounter unsatisfactory work from outside shops. Recently I had to go to Stevens Creek BMW for warranty work. It was a major engine repair that required the entire motor to be pulled out. I was prepared to be disappointed. Improve the loaners to excel Visited Stevens Creek BMW for service. Overall great. Constructive feedback re: loaners: 1) add a person to the process: 1 person processes paperwork, when about 4 are done, all are taken as a group to cars. Wait can be 20 mins "after" paperwork. 2) introduce the loaners to a vacuum cleaner.
Stevens Creek BMW Good experience. Requiring fifty characters puts too much work on the customer.
