"Service" Car was in for a routine service. While there, I had them look for a noise that seemed odd. The kept the car and tested for a few days until they found the issue and fixed it. Everyone was really friendly and the process was easy.
"Excellent and efficient " They made sure my car was taken in quickly and incredibly efficiently on a Monday. These guys are true professionals. They were even able to provide me with a loaner without any notice. I don’t expect this if I don’t book ahead so that was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again guys.
"Service " Great experience. On time and professional. These guys are always a pleasure to deal with. They performed additional services that were not yet due so I did not have to come back in a few weeks.

"Exceptional technical and customer service" Bringing in a 2011 for inspection I learned there were additional and unexpected issues. Adam was able to secure a loaner in spite of the full waiting area. Although the repairs were more extensive than expected, all technical questions were well answered.
"Debbie is very knowledgeable and polite" I have been going to BMW of the mainline over 20 years . They provide very good service I never have a problem with them. Whenever I take my car in for service they always do a great job and provide me with a loaner and whenever I got my car back it is always clean and shiny looking just like a new car. They are great people to do business with.
"Outstanding Service" Since becoming a member of the BMW family they have always treated me with respect and great customer service. Will gladly continue my business there. My overall grade for the Main line is an A+.

"Buying a new car and trading in my old BMW" Excellent from all points of view. Have had an excellent experiece with Bill Sampson in Service and KC Chan has been an outstanding salesman for both my wife buying her car a few months ago and myself now.
