"Needed extensive work on underside of car " Damage from a boulder requires extensive repair. Bmw did excellent job in this restoration and getting my car to me in timely fashion. The staff is extremely friendly and considerate of time constraints on their clients

"Service" Excellent service and communication, not pushy , took the time to review information, cad was ready when promised . Only complaint was the maintainence book was not put back and car charger replaced to original position. Everything else was perfect

"The Best" Terrific service department. Bill Sampson is the best. Great working with him and your service department I continue to type because I haven’t meant the minimum but again Bill Sampson is great.
"Excellent " Adam made sure I was aware of everything going on with my car and made sure I had a loaner till my car was ready tge next day. I ran a little late making the 7pm close time but Tess stayed till I got there. My vehicle was clean and waiting for me so I could be on my way. That’s great service and that’s why I give them an excellent
"Service " I received a loaner after processing. The loaner was in great condition with low mileage. The service was great — early communication on details of service. My car was ready for pick up at the end of the day — it had been vacuumed and washed and appeared almost new (even though it is 5 years old).
"Good service" Very happy with the service and the curtesy of billy the manager and Nick the mechanic that worked on my car BMW X5,bouts the car at another location and was surprised I nice they where!
