The service at BMW of the Mainline was superb today!! I was updated on the progress and advised immediately upon completion of the work. This is the reason that I take my car to this location.
For a second I thought I was driving a $150,000 i8, because I was treated so nicely. They even asked if I had time to have the car washed.
My service I receive @ BMW of the Mainline is always courteous and professional. My Service Advisor Debbie Schmitt is so accommodating and professional and demonstrates a genuine caring and supportive manner towards her customers.
Well I called about this car while in Florida for the winter. Saw it on line and I knew this was the car for me, actually was my dream car!! Spoke to KC Chan at Main Line BMW and the rest is history. KC was professional, not pushy, nice and always returned my phone calls/text messages/e-mails!! And most of all I love my 2015 BMWi x M Sport with many, many bells and whistles. Thank you to KC Chan
Recently bought a used Infinity from Peter at BMW of the Main Line. I have known Peter since he worked at Acura in S. Jersey many years ago. We all know the joke about car salesman, but Peter is honest, forthright, and very personable which I why I have maintained a relationship with him for over twenty years. Bottom line he cares about his customer and will do whatever he can to help you with your purchase. Ask for Peter when you visit BMW of the main line, and you can not go wrong.
I gave five stars because I find that every time I need service the department and work is terrific and Bill Sampson is the best. Bill makes sure you know what needs to be done to your car and keeps you informed as the work is taking place. No need to worry because Bill is in charge.
