After having a terrible experience at another BMW dealership, we were more than pleasantly surprised at the service we received from BMW Main Line. Worked with Kerry for my last lease, then I went ahead and bought new after handing it in. He was always very accessible by email and worked on the price (as well as can be expected, it's a BMW after all!). I'd definitely recommend Kerry if you're looking to buy or lease a new BMW.

After having a bad experience at another local dealership, we went to BMW of the Main Line in the hopes we'd receive better customer service and more straight forward information. It was above and beyond our expectations. Frank Muto and Kerry Simmons were helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We have recommended this dealership to friends and family - and would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Jeff and his team were awesome. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life. They are the most transparent and straightforward dealership. Jeff was very knowledgeable and courteous to give all the options without pushing/influencing. Hard to find client adviser/managers like him. Made a deal for the 3 series and extremely happy.
