I brought my car for detailing and remote control battery replacement and service rep Mike was extremely helpful along the entire experience. Eager to help and keeping me informed of the status every step of the way. Great customer service, top notch staff that see and treat clients as a valued customer and not just another source of revenues.
This rating has everything to do with the quality of our salesperson, Lou Whitener. She is outstanding!!! We were looking at a CPO 2016 328i Sedan with X-Drive and had a trade-in. Lou handed the process in a very professional yet very friendly manner when it came to informing us about every aspect of the car and the pricing. Personally I am fine with the service they did, and my adviser Zach is good. However, I give this rating to the dealer for two reasons. 1) At first, they estimated that the service may be overnight and I needed a rental car. It was blown my mind that they took me to a local enterprise to get a Hyundai as the rental car. I picked up a superb 2013 BMW F10. I had the pleasure of doing business with Elliot B. He was Excellent. He understood what I was looking for and worked with me every step...upto delivery of the vehicle. Elliot took time to go over all features of the car and did not rush the delivery process...We then met with Finance dpt. Amy and she was great. Went from a horrible experience at Ottos BMW, to giving Mainline Bmw a try. After minutes with KC Chan , I knew I was in good hands. KC was hands on, down to earth and knowledgeable about everything. This is my first time buying a BMW and I can't say enough good things about dealing with BMW of the mainline and Mike Fowler, my sales advisor. The entire experience from the time I sent an email inquiring about the model to actual purchase was very smooth. Mike was very personable, knowledgeable about the product, and upfront. The process of agreeing the price both for the trade in and the new car was entirely straight forward. I would definitely recommend Mike to my friends and relatives.
Over the last 25 years, I have leased a new BMW from Steve Vlasses at mainline BMW.Ive had many of the BMW lines from X1,x3,x5 and a few sedans. He is beyond exceptional... And I drive all the way from NJ to Pa just to buy from him only. I had a very bad experience with another BMW dealer and came to BMW of the Main Line. I was well received and the service was outstanding. These people know service, whereas the other BMW dealer (BMW of Devon) was awful.
It was a pleasure working with Lou during our search for a new car. From the moment she greeted us I knew she was going to be a great sales rep. Her knowledge of BMW products and services is topnotch. I want to thank her for being awesome and we will be back to do more business with her.
