"New lease" I have been leasing cars from Mainline BMW for perhaps 15 years, maybe more. I think this is my third or fourth car with KC Chan who is great. He is always prompt and responsive to my questions. I have always had a very positive experience with KC and it’s almost like seeing an old friend each time. I also go to Mainline BMW for service and find them to be equally responsive to any concerns that I’ve had in the past.
"Appreciate Level of Integrity" Optimal level integrity is evident during every visit. Helpful suggestions and no gimmicks to have customers spend unnecessarily. All BMW dealers should be trained by Bala Cynwyd' s team.

"Quality service !" Main Line is a great dealership. We have been more than satisfied with our acquisition and service. Had used other BMW dealers in the past and none measure up to Main Line.
"Helpful " Accomodating from initial call to arrical. Efficient, helpful and courteous. Very service oriented. Follow up after service was finished was poor. Difficulty reaching my service agent for vehicle status and request for pick-up to retrieve vehicle. BMW agent was not happy with my decision NOT to have car alligned. Nade me feel very uncomfortable.
"Service and inspection" Service and inspectionwas quick fast and efficient. Very positive experiencethey kept me informed and even wash the car when they were done. For sure better than my last BMW dealer ship
