This was the first BMW I've ever purchased. My experience with BMW Mainline was outstanding. I actually took the train from Maryland to PA to buy from them versus the BMW dealership 5 minutes from my house. My sister bought her BMW from Mainline a few months earlier, and after hearing the incredible deal and extent to which the staff took care of her, made me want to deal with them as well. I purchased a 2013 X3 from BMW of the Main Line. KC was very professional and courteous through the whole process. When I called him for various questions prior to my purchase and after my purchase, he was very prompt in responding to me and answering all of my questions. Frank made the actually purchase very simple because of his outstanding organization. I would recommend BMW of The Main Line to anyone.
My experience was great. Marcy made the car buying process go swimmingly. She listened to everything I had to say. The car I wanted wasn't at the dealership so they brought it in from another dealership and it was there for me within 3 days of asking for it. Frank also was great to work with. He was extremely nice and easy to work with. I was happy with the price of my car as well.
I went to BMW of the Main Line for a routine service appointment for my PA state inspection; since my lease was going up be up in a few months, while I was waiting I decided to wander over to the showroom to check out my options for later in the year. My car buying experiance was a pleasure. My salesman Chris gave me a price and we bought the car in one week. He explained how everthing in the car worked. Frank Muto was a dream to deal with. I have been buying cars for fifty years and he by far was the most knowledgeable finance guy I have every dealt with.
So I'm from NYC living in Philadelphia for the past 6 years and decided it was time for a new BMW. Well Kerry called me the day I made my inquiry about the car. He stayed on top of the process, I was in and out the door and he provided me with as good of a price as possible on the car.
