This is the second car we've purchased from KC Chan. We saw the car on Saturday and he had it ready for us to pick up on Monday. Whatever problems come up KC takes care of it. Makes it super convenient to buy a car. On the day we purchased the car we had Frank walk us through the paperwork. He did a great job of clearly explaining all of the decisions we needed to make. I thought it would take forever to get through all of that paperwork but Frank got us in and out. Great overall experience. I highly recommend KC and Frank.
Chris and Frank were very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle at a car dealership. I would highly reccomend them.

My wife and I recently visited BMW of the Main Line to look at a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) vehicle. Our sales associate was Pete Ryan and our finance manager was Frank Muto. Our experience was so good we ended up purchasing the car and taking it home the same day. Sometimes buying a car can be a trying experience, especially when purchasing a pre-owned car. Fantastic experience! Being new to BMW, I was unfamiliar with all the systems and options. Kerry took a lot of time to explain everything I wanted to know, and he pointed out a lot of features that I would have missed. His enthusiasm for these cars was obvious (and infectious), and I know he was completely sincere in offering to answer any questions long after the sale was complete. Highly recommended!
My experience was unbelievable in terms of professionalism, courtesy and ease of transaction.
