By far the best buying experience EVER! He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and fair. I am recently divorced and was going to be buying a car on my own for the first time. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Main Line BMW. Tony Lukanski was always available to address questions, concerns, and my obsessions with little details. When I say always, I mean ALWAYS. As this is my second BMW, I was fairly familiar with the process and the funcitonality of the dealership. Kerry was great to work with. I hadn't started the day planning to buy a new car. But, when my thirteen year old 323 needed > $4500 of repairs to pass state inspection, the time had come. This was my second lease purchase at Main Line and both times I have dealt with Peter Ryan. I have found Peter to be honest, flexible in meeting my schedule and I have been very happy with each sale.
I recently leased my second BMW through Main Line. Bill has been my service advisor for about 3 years. I have always found him to be honest, courteous, knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile for his and the dealerships customers. All service over the years has been done in a timely manner and all work was performed perfectly and explained to me.
