I bought my BMW from this dealership because of Kerry Simmons. He exudes a level of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness rarely found when buying a car. Not only was the experience pain-free, it was a pleasure. I shopped many local BMW dealerships, but I came back to BMW of the Main Line because of Kerry. 3 years ago I leased a vehicle from Devon Hill BMW. That lease came up this month. I was contacted by Devon Hill BMW 2 months ago regarding my lease. I am writing this to recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW, new or used, to make BMW of the Mainline their very first stop. After looking at a few other manufacture's offerings and leaving our test drives feeling disappointed my wife and I decided to look at BMW's. I traded in my used Nissan Altima for a Certified Pre-Owned 328xi. I showed up at my appointed time and was greeted by the friendly staff. When I walked into the offices and sat down with Frank Muto to go over payment, it was expedient and easy, and when we were finished, my car had arrived from from being detailed. Afterwards, Ibrahim took me through all the features of my car for about 45 minutes (since it was my first BMW), synced my phone, and brought me my new floor mats. I then drove off with a full tank.
Very friendly and informed service. They didn't keep us hanging around and haggling price. Worked with us with our purchace and our trade in. Most pain free car purchase ever! Thank you! My new car was prepped the same day I bought it so 2 things were over looked but minor, chrome above windows wasn't polished and windshield had a film that was tough to remove. Other than that it is beautiful.
Overall excellent experience! I bought my previous BMW 328i also from KC Chan at BMW Main Line 4 years ago and the experience was also excellent!
I had an excellent experience with the sales representative (Marcy Rusoff) and with the financial services representative (Frank Muto). Marcy was patient and professional. She was willing to schedule multiple appointments to help us decide what we want and to talk about the car. Frank was very efficient. He explained all possible financial options, warranties, etc., but was not pushy with the extra options.
It was a pleasure buying a car from Kerry Simmoms, no pressure, knowlegdeable, and extremely helplful. Good experience and a great car,would recommend Kerry to everyone.
