I have purchased new cars since 1968/ This was my second new lease from this dealership. Prior lease was very good experience with sale and service. The new lease was an outstanding occasion with respect to information, price, special promotions, selected features and early delivery. Several follow-up calls were made by Lou Whitener to ensure that I could properly operate the navigation system.
High quality service. Not cheap, but good communication and excellent repair and service job. BMW of the Main Line is a great example of why people spend a premium for dealership service--I have always had excellent service at this location. Recommended.
Bought my past two cars from this dealership and will continue to do so. From the impeccable customer service to the friendly staff and amazing selection of cars, this is my go to dealership and should be yours too. The service is always prompt and afffordable and they keep my car running like new. Loaner cars are provided which makes the service experience easy and worry free. Bill Samson has been my service person for the past few years. He is always extremely responsive,friendly,polite, helpful and always explains the service that needs to be done in language I can understand. He never fails to contact me in a timely manner to let me know what needs to be done, approximately how much it will cost and how long he will need the car in order to fix the problem. Jeff was very helpful and he was a pleasure to deal with. HE seemed very knowledge able about the car and about bmws in general. He gave a very good introduction to the car and its many buttons, and he kept in touch afterwards in the case I would have further questions about the car.
Professional sales and service staffs make up for the dowdy surroundings. This is our third BMW through Mainline and Steve Vlasses, a very competent, professional sales person who goes the extra mile for his customers. Steve is always available for after purchase advice and if any issues develop.
Chris reacted fast to our email, and he was clear and friendly. Gave us a great deal and made the whole buying proces very pleasant and speedy. Frank did the financial part and he was very friendly too. Everything went way easier than we expected and we left very happy in our new car.
From the first phone call, KC was friendly, honest and helpful in giving me the opportunity to purchase a BMW. I have been in different BMW dealers before getting in contact with KC and unfortunately my experiences were not the same, they were not bad, but they were not as good as the one at the BMW Main Line in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
