Interior scuffs and scratches Just Purchased a used 2008 BMW X3 that had a few scuffs and scratches in the interior that will be covered under warranty. They called very quickly to get it repaired!

Great sales service Very satisfying service once again. Car received earlier than promised and Rob took plenty of time going over all the options.
Purchase BMW 528 Sales staff where friendly,knowledgeable and wanted to be sure of what I wanted. There was not high pressure sales effort. My experience with Faulker in the purchase of the car was very positive. The sales person even followed up in a couple of days to be sure everything was alright with the vehicle. I had used Faulker in the past to service my previous BMW and found the service department to be highly efficient and honest.

Dwight Looked at a used car and would like to especially recognize the knowledge and courtesy and style of the "genius", Brett. A wonderful concept and great choice in this role. Overall pleased with him. Disappointed however to learn that the vehicle had "so called" passed the 150 point check up yet the A/C system was not working properly. Understand that the "oxidation" of paint on the hood and trunk has not been remedied but "mislead" when told it would be immediately treated and look like new. Vehicle Service My vehicle was misfiring. The vehicle was serviced and all repairs were performed under a recall from BMW.

Overpriced Repairs I had my car repaired twice there, and service was excellent. That being said the prices they charge for labor and parts are quite expensive. In addition their invoice lists labor costs, but do not break them down ie. how much for diagnostics and how much for the actual work. The last job they did for me they wanted to charge me $200 for a part that could be bought at retail at other BMW dealerships for $125.
