Good service Overall ok. I had asked for a loaner when booking appt a week earlier, but it was not in system !! Was able to get one after a wait (although only got a sedan when mine is a SUV-X5). Also, was told that I will get a call in 45 mins but never got one. I had to followup to see when my car will be ready !!

Best car buying experience! Greg was amazing. He really took the time to help me and get exactly what I wanted. I truly felt like he cared about me. Signing the papers with Chris was also seamless, pleasant, and quick. I’ve already received follow up emails and calls to make sure I’m ok and don’t have questions.
