Great customer service rep and awesome BMW My customer service rep Drew Wendle was amazing and is a credit to Devon BMW. In the search for the BMW I purchased, Drew went above and beyond to quickly answer all of my questions and explain in explicit detail how to get the most out of my new 540xi. His followup to detail and excitement about the brand was infectious to me even though this is my 5th BMW. You need more than 5 stars to do my experience justice.

New X5 purchase I purchased from out of state. All aspects of the purchase were handled via email and phone. Upon arrival, Drew and Frank had the car ready, paperwork was done and the Genius reviewed the car's features. Everyone was courteous and very safety conscious.

Good but not great Service was performed well and reasonably prompt. Loaner was provided, but too small vs. size requested. Would have preferred at was washed.

Good service. One small inconvenience Car went into the service area shortly after I arrived. I was able to get a "loaner" which happened very smoothly. Staff is very pleasant.
