He was knowledgeable about his product and answered all of our questions, also giving us ample opportunity to check out and review the vehicle we were interested in. Completely satisfied I liked everything, starting with the ease of scheduling. Kate was so lovely on the phone that I actually took a few minutes to find her in the building and introduce myself in person when I came in for the appointment. The work on the car was as good as it has always been.
