Professional and attentive service Professional and attentive staff. Detailed with every step of my purchase. Our salesperson, Brad, was exceptional. He was patient, addressing my questions and concerns on our new purchase. He gave us ample time to digest, and when the time came, was able to accommodate our requests even on such short notice. Excellent Service!! The salesman, Drew Wendle, was excellent. Drew was engaging, knowledgeable and attentive. He took time to review the technical features of the car of which there were many.
Good sales experience Our sales rep (Andrew Krier) was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive without being pushy. He worked with the service department, pre-owned and genius staff to provide us with integrated and helpful service.

Always a great service experience was fast and complete service. If you have an 8am appointment, they really do start on time every time. I also felt safe with the social distancing rules that were put in place by the dealership. Couldn't get the car washed there but they gave a coupon for a free wash that never expires.
Service Service staff polite and helpful. Easy to make appointments. I wish they would include an on site car cleaning like with previous owner.
They do what they say they will do. Kerry is great to... They do what they say they will do. Kerry is great to work with and Devon BMW is always helpful and appreciate our business. Glad we purchased or certified BMW here.
Tire service at BMW Devon Service was quick, the trouble was identified and relayed to me so I could see it myself, I appreciate that.
