"Excellent service! The pick up service was extremely..." Excellent service! The pick up service was extremely convenient and helped a lot since normally I would need to have stayed at the dealership for a long time waiting for service to be completed and with the current COVID situation I do not feel comfortable doing this. And the service itself was excellent in that it fixed the problems the car was having, and with the repair being covered by an extended Porsche warranty. Thanks!

"I live in Macomb, Illinois which is a one hour forty..." I live in Macomb, Illinois which is a one hour forty minute drive from the dealership. It should make no sense to be so far away from servicing our two BMWs but you offer to pick them up and return as necessary. This time, as I had other business in Springfield, I offered to drive the car down for servicing thus saving your folks two round trips to Macomb. "I am very pleased with the professional support provided..." I am very pleased with the professional support provided by Joe to document and ship the car to Guatemala. The vehicle is still in transit but I have received photographs from the delivery date and the day it arrived in New Jersey from where it will be sent via ocesan freight to Guatemala.

"Service for auxiliary battery malfunction went as planned..." Service for auxiliary battery malfunction went as planned and as promised. Problem was with scheduling, called on Monday morning and was told could schedule for Friday. Book says should not operate vehicle with the problem, and is used everyday. I suggested dropping it off and was scheduled for the next day (Tue). Have a little more flexibility when there are problems with vehicle
