We want to especially thank Mike Dejanovich, the BMW service manager, who went out of his way to find winter tires and wheels for our 2011 BMW. Last winter, those tires were critical in helping us navigate treacherous road conditions. We've been Isringhausen customers of both the sales and service departments since 1993. We have always felt that our business is valued.

"I was totally pleased with my service on my Alfa Romeo..." I was totally pleased with my service on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I just had routine maintenance done but everyone I dealt with was amazing! Thank you so much for great customer service! :)

"The car was fixed promptly. The staff was friendly and..." The car was fixed promptly. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our repair as pleasant as possible. We were given a loaner car to use so we did not have to wait while they checked the car over. They brought the car back to our house and picked up the loaner car. They gave us excellent service.

"Took good care of the car. I flew up from south Florida..." Took good care of the car. I flew up from south Florida to purchase a decently used car from them (5 years old) and they had it looking great when I got there and ready for a long drive.

"We always have wonderful customer service at..." We always have wonderful customer service at Isringhausen. Friendly staff and great service. We like the video they send as well so we can see what is going on with the car.

"We were offered a loaner and since we live out of town,..." We were offered a loaner and since we live out of town, that saves us a lot. I also had other appointments that day in Spfd which helped. We were sent a video of what was checked and showing that all was ok. Isringhausen continues to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

"Amazing people, great service, quality in every way. We..." Amazing people, great service, quality in every way. We buy all of our vehicles here however my new wife has an Alfa Romeo and they treat it as if they sold it. At the end of her lease, we will be shopping Isringhausen.

"Brian Mitchell is the best. He has been my go to guy at..." Brian Mitchell is the best. He has been my go to guy at Isringhausen for 15 years now and I have purchased or leased at least 12 vehicles thru him for my family and business. I will never buy from another dealership as long as Brian is working with me.
