"Incredible, aside from my excellent driving skills which..." Incredible, aside from my excellent driving skills which were underrated by your reports, BMW service is "the top" as we say in Chatham. Jeremy and David are extremely helpful, respectful, personable and made sure that the car was in excellent condition when I picked it up. Jeremy recommended Pirelli tires and I have absolutely no regrets with that choice. These guys are like family but not as good looking.
