Being a recent graduate, this is the first vehicle I obtained by myself. But the staff here was phenomenal. I had worked with quite a few other dealers in terms of finding the right "deal." But nobody was able to beat the deal I received from the group over at Dave Walter. After disappointment with Cleveland BMW, we switched to Dave Walter BMW this year. This was our second vehicle purchase from Eric Eisenhart at Dave Walter. We had extenuating circumstances with our purchases and both experiences were nothing short of awesome! Switched from a Land Rover to a BMW and could not be happier with my choice! Not only is the SUV better quality, the service and sales staff could not have been more accommodating. Dave Walters even sent a car genius (Scott) out after you have had the car for a while to go over anything you may have questions on and to help set up things you would not realize you could do!!! They are a class act :)
Truly a beautiful experience, everyone was very knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and just had very genuine personalities. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Oh yea and the owner Dave was one of nicest down to earth guy you could ever meet, you have to experience it to believe it.
I had a small issue with my coolant. Called Dave Walters BMW in the morning and someone from their service team was at my home to fix it a few hours later. Fast, courteous and gets the job done.
Whenever I pull my 335ix into the service drop-off area, Ty is there with a smile. Ty is the first person I deal with and he emanates total professionalism.

We bought our X1 from David in December of 2014. Even today I'm amazed how David still remembers the names of my wife and I each time we stop by the dealership. David and Dave Walters BMW have been great to work with.
