These guys are top drawer in service and attention to detail. Dave Walter is the only dealership that will touch my car. From the management to Tyron, the gentleman who wash my the car, these guys will go the extra mile.
My client advisor Michelle worked diligently to get me in the vehicle I wanted and a payment I was comfortable with and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. I opted for features my last BMW was not equipped with and she made sure all my questions were answered before I left the dealership. I even received a follow up call a few days later to see if I had any questions or concerns.

We can't say enough about our great buying experience at Dave Walter BMW. We have purchased BMWs in the past but this is our first one from this dealership which is an hour away from our home. We drove from Cleveland to Akron after reviewing this dealership' website. Our client advisor was Eric Eisenhart. I was not disappointed in the least. I received an excellent trade amount for my car, way higher than what was offered to me by a Mercedes dealership, as well as an extremely competitive price on the BMW I left with. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was promptly greeted and asked about my problem. My trunk was not opening. I had called the service department but the service rep was unable to talk me through the resolution.Within seconds Mr Hunt suggested I might have a valet switch issue and resolved the problem within seconds.
Brought my 2015 3-series in for an issue with my passenger door lock. Also had regular maintenance performed as well. I was treated with insanely professional and courteous attitude. Due to my vehicle requiring to be held due to a part order, I was provided with a top notch loaner vehicle. My experiences with Dave Walter BMW have been nothing short of incredible.
