I scheduled service for removal of snow tires and installation of all weather tires. The staff and technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I received quality service and care from the time I entered the garage to the desk of the service manager. I received a telephone call to inform me of additional recommendations and costs. My car was clean inside and out upon completion. This is a wonderful dealership with outstanding employees.
Service appointment was excellent and exceeded expectations. Vehicle was returned on time and extra clean when I got it back. The team is very good at what they do!
Eric Eisenhart is the ultimate professional. This is our 4th BMW purchased from Eric because he is extremely customer focused, very knowledgeable, detail oriented and is very tuned into what we want in our vehicles. Each time I visit Dave Walter BMW I am pleasantly surprised that my appointment is on time, the time required is as stated, and the simple polite way the dealership employees speak. It is refreshing in this chaotic world we live in that a business is run efficiently and politely.
