From my first phone call to this dealer I had nothing but excellent customer service. Mark was extremely helpful on the phone and even more when we arrived at the dealer. I am a diabetic and became dizzy when I was at the Dave Walter dealership today. Two staff members, Rita, and Melinda, helped me get seated, and brought me some food to snack on. Rita escorted me to a seat; Melinda went out of her way to get me something to snack on.The salesman, Mark, was also very helpful and concernful, and introduced me to Tyrone, so that I could commend the above-mentioned people..I have nothing but thanks for them. Dave Walter BMW was great and easy to work with. This was my second BMW purchase, and my first from Dave Walter. Brandon Spinks did an excellent job of explaining all the new and different features on the new BMW's. He also helped program all the presets when I took delivery of the car.
