"Excellent service " The service at BMW of Columbia was amazing from the time we called to when we left. If you are ever at BMW ask for Brett you will not regret it.
"Simple, Friendly and Smooth" My initial salesman was Curtis. He moved things along quickly and with a great, helpful and happy attitude. I was given a great price for my trade-in as well. After working out the details with zero struggle or concern, I was handed over to Adam to handle the financials. Very professional and friendly as well. He put together a great spreadsheet that clarified all I was considering. So helpful! Great organized effort! I would give Curtis, Adam and the BMW team a 10! Thanks guys!
"Best experience EVER!" I have had so many horrible experiences with dealerships. But Brad Davis with BMW of Columbia was amazing. I understand dealers need to make a sale but it never felt like he was putting that over what was best for me, or what worked for me. He let me know what would be a great reliable vehicle.
