My son found a car for me on the Rockville BMW website. I called and talked to Kevin who was very helpful, fair and knowledable. My son and I drove from Richmond VA to test drive the car. I ended up buying it and Kevin worked with me to allow an independent mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I was able to drive it home that day! From initial greeting to the test drive experience to the purchasing process, Kevin Hemmis was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Being new to the BMW Brand, Kevin took the time to show me how all the features worked in my X3. I had a smooth experience in Accounting too! I definitely recommend this dealership!

Danny Goldin has been our client advisor at the VOB sales center. He has been great. Very patient and knowledgeable as well as helpful and polite. He has been a great help. We built our car with him, asking him questions along the way. When our car arrived we met with Danny and spent almost all day with him. He was not in a rush at all.
