I had my cars at the Rockville BMW service center needing major repairs and so I thought I should consider upgrading them. I was very fortunate to meet Roxanne Roch at the sales office as she helped me to the finish line like no other car experience I’ve ever had. I traded both cars and became a first time car leaser. I called to inquire about a X1 a few weeks ago. I was put through to sales and a Client Advisor by the name of Danny Goldin answered the phone. I had the good fortune to meet Roxanne over a year ago. Because of personal circumstances, I was not in a position to purchase at that time. Roxanne was very patient, checked in occasionally, but never "pushy". I felt she ALWAYS had my interest at heart, and not hers. I am very happy with my purchase and Roxanne's follow up. You'd be fortunate to have her as your sales associate!

This year I needed to replace my car, but my previous sales contact had left BMW Rockville. I am always a little worried when walking into the dealer hoping that the new sales person would be as good as the last. After leasing from another dealership in the DMV, I never stopped using BMW of Rockville for service on my X3 lease because Scott Cascone and Juan Carlos "JC" Rodriguez were just so incredible to me personally + when I needed warranty service on my previous BMW leases.
