I have been leasing from BMW Rockville for tens of years and this was by far my favorite experience. Roxanne was friendly and helpful and the biggest sweetheart. Not salesman creepy at all. Her patience with my English and genuine smile made the trip there for my new X5 awesome! She was referred to me by my favorite Service Advisor, Jeffrie Doss, who is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. These two should be examples for good service and customer happiness!
Danny Goldin made the process easier than I could have imagine. After searching for over a month for a car, Danny was able to locate the right car at the right price.
I think that the customer survey was not a fair assessment of the client sales advisor. The questions were specific to the client sales advisor and the financial advisor. My client sales advisor was exceptionally excellent in all areas. The low rating that I gave was strictly for the financial advisor and should not have any reflection on the rating of the client sales advisor. Rockville BMW, specifically, Roxanne and Nicholas, went above and beyond to ensure that I would love my new X5 -- I absolutely love it! Roxanne placed a great deal of care and consideration researching the perfect car for me. She is very smart and courteous. I received a recommendation for BMW of Rockville and in particular Danny Goldin from a good friend. He called back once I left a message and we fixed a time the next day. I only stopped by to test drive a BMW, Suvin Viswanathan was my sales person, he was very nice, passionate, patient with me and answered every question I had about the BMW.
