I had researched this dealership in advance and found the 2016 X5 I specifically wanted. I walked in and asked for Karen Cruz (based on the number of positive reviews she has garnered). I felt like I've known Karen for years, super friendly and not your typical pushy sales person. She gave honest answers to my questions, wasn't pushing an agenda. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall process working with the staff at the dealership.
