Roxanne is truly amazing. I would always want to have her sell me cars in the future. She had a few cars, that met our requests, ready for us to see when we arrived. She was very informative. We were able to compare cars and test drive at our leisure. We felt comfortable the entire time, especially with the persons with whom we dealt. It was a seamless and very enjoyable experience.
Roxanne was so helpful. Time was my motivator. She took just enough time to understand what I needed, had several cars waiting for me when I arrived, and asked the right questions to narrow it down quickly. The team worked to close the deal to my satisfaction AFTER my initial reluctance and questions re: the initial deal. Had I not questioned the initial deal, i would have paid far more on my lease.This was disappointing and disconcerting, particularly since I am loyal BMW lessee, this being my 4th BMW lease.
