I contacted my sales manager (Nicolas Popovici) about a problem that came up with the vehicle. Within the hour I got a call from the service manager (Scott Cascone) and he told me to either bring the car in or they would come pick it up while dropping off a loaner. I dropped the car off that afternoon and was on my way with my loaner vehicle in no time.
