Roxanne Roch was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgable and pleasant. She was very helpful in pointing out the options of various cars. The entire process was seamless and efficient.
Roxanne is an excellent salesperson. She knows her cars. She is helpful without being pushy. She stayed in touch and was available to discuss and provide needed information. This is the second car we bought from her. Will go back to her again for the next one.
Just had my encore delivery with Danny Goldin while I brought my car in for its first service. It was great to sit down with someone knowledgable about the features of the car after having driven it for a few weeks. He went into all the features in depth and made sure I did not have any questions when I left the dealership. Being able to go over this while my car was in service was a great plus as it made the 90 minutes go by pretty quickly. Great folks to work with and great experience!!!

This dealer exceeded our expectations in every way! This is my first BMW purchase. I never felt so welcome in a dealership. Mr. Alimi was excellent and very professional and courteous. Additionally, Mr Wang was also very professional and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this dealership. BTW, I love my fully equipped pre-owned 528xDrive!!!!

We had a very pleasant experience with Wali Alimi and the entire sales staff at BMW of Rockville. This dealership is definitely not the closest one to where we live by a long shot, but it was well worth the hour plus drive to get up there.
