Came in after calling from the lobby of another dealership and was told to come in. I met with Suvin who promptly showed me the cars we were requesting. He was patient and kind. There was no beating around the bush here which we appreciated greatly. We will be coming back next year for the next one!
I received the greatest customer service from Roxanne. The experience was smooth. Roxanne is an asset to the team. The other team members were courteous.

I came in for my Encore Delivery session with a BMW Genius today. I bought the car new from this dealership and have owned it for two weeks. Technology has definitely changed in automobiles since my last car purchase in 2007.
