"I bought a car!!!" The absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Steve and Veronica are THE best, the next car I buy will definitely be from them! Steve told me to come to the dealership and he’d get me in a vehicle and he did after getting the runaround from two other dealers. I’m eternally grateful ??

"Amazing experience! " It was an amazing experience dealing with BMW of west stl. Jhonny polo is the go to guy, been extremely helpful in addressing my questions and the main thing he made me comfortable about the whole process which made me bite the bullet. Hey and the whole team made great efforts in giving the best price to close the deal and the after buying experience was great too. In and all a totally amazing experience! "Responsive and helpful" I was searching for a vehicle for my wife. I reached out to Veronica based on her online ratings and had a great experience. While we did not ultimately wind up buying from Veronica, she was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. There was no pressure from Veronica and no smoke and mirrors. She was straightforward and was willing to try and do anything she could to close the sale.
