Veronica was so helpful, she listens to what we were looking for and she really displayed a sense of empathy of what we feel. She made it very easy, simple and we went home with our car! As I live out of state and am a doctor, I didn’t have the time to spend hours haggling over the phone. Dawn was happy to perform our entire transaction via email and text.
