Extremely Attentive Staff at Long Beach BMW On Monday, June 27, 2016, I turned in a 328i lease and drove off that afternoon in a 428i with a new three year lease. Ben Karim was superb in making sure all my needs were met. Plus the finance process was quick and before I knew it I was in my new sparkling clean car. Long Beach BMW is a professional organization that I will certainly recommend to others.

My tire insurance covered the damage and while I was there, my coordinator recommended completing my scheduled service. I agreed and all task were completed within 90 minutes. Additionally, they offered to was my vehicle. Great service!
Great Service Take my car in for carwash and find out that it is time for oil change. They did it in about an hour without making an appointment.

Clean facilities Service rep was outstanding, very personable, professional, and helpful. ****My only issue was with the loan car that I received. It was a very small car and I am very tall, I was told that there was only one 5series vehicle in the loan fleet and it was already out. I think consideration should be given to the type of vehicle being serviced with the loan car is reserved. I also have a Lexus LS and I have never received a loan vehicle that was uncomfortable for me to drive.
