Great service! I scheduled a service via phone. Dropped off my car at the appointed time and received my loaner in less than 20 minutes. Called me when it was ready. Returned the loaner and my car was washed, vacuumed and ready in less than 15 minutes.
Great service and selection of cars Service people set expectations and deliver with results. I leased my second car through long beach bmw and have been extremely happy. I drive by the bmw dealer In Torrance because Long Beach BMW service is that much better. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Best service and awesome facility! Bryan Morgan (Service Writer) took great care of me and my 528i. Also, without asking they gave me a new 328i for a loaner.
