Service and Sales I went in for repair services twice in one week as a result I had a loaner car and fell in love with a later model than I have, so I started thinking about purchasing a later model. I was not happy with the level of service from the sales department. This is the second time I have attempted to purchase a car from Long Beach BMW, the last time I went to a dealer in Orange County and it looks like I will be seeking out a different dealership again.
