A Wonderful Experience! This was a terrific sales experience! Enrique greeted us with a big smile and pleasant manner! He helped us build the car, explained all options and packages, and explained delivery expectations. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE I am on my 8th BMW from HHI BMW now and each time I am in the market for a new car, among all brands, I end up coming back to HHI BMW because the service department is awesome! Oil change on my old classic. I brought my old new to me 2001 325Ci in for an oil change and Jacob took go care me and explained that the car was in good condition but a complete computer inspection of the car would be good so we’re going to set it up. The serviceman noticed that the oil filter needed a couple new orings so they ordered them. I’m alway satisfied with the way Hilton Head BMW takes care of me.
