Exceptional service! Service was top notch and what you’d expect from a BMW dealer. Kristen (service advisor) went out of her way to be accommodating. Especially liked the video on my vehicle as it was being serviced.

Kristen was excellent and Had a tire issue while traveling. Although I didn’t know Kristen or the dealership she waited on me until the tow truck brought me in. She was patient and took the time so that I didn’t feel rushed during a stressful time.

Great experience for an visitor to Hilton Head We were on vacation in Hilton Head when I noticed a whining sound in my wife’s X3. HH BMW was able to get us in quickly to diagnose the problem. My service advisor Brad really understood our timeframe plus the potential for disrupting our vacation plans. Brad was able to get the part we needed faster than expected and schedule the work required with flexibility and minimal interruption to our plans. Overall a great experience.

Service department Beth was very good at explaining the charges and time for the services to be completed. The service was completed before the original timeline. You have a very good group representing HHI BMW

Great Service every time Brad Woodcock has been my service advisor for at least 5 years My car is always taken in for service at my scheduled time. Brad advises me of scheduled maintenance, any other issues that have been observed, and gives me a cost estimate. The actual cost us always at or below the estimate. Brad is professional, knowledgeable. And pleasant. He is an asset for HH BMW. Great customer service! I was very pleased by my most recent visit to Hilton head BMW. Although I was not happy with another BMW store where I purchased my vehicle before moving here because I had now discovered that I was never given a key for the wheel locks, Catherine Shearouse, my new client advisor, did a great job quickly taking care of things including getting the tires rotated and arranging for a replacement key. She also discovered that there was an outstanding recall and took steps to address this issue.

Amazed! Walked in with a problem caused by a different shop. Jacob welcomed me with the most professional welcome I’ve ever been greeted with. Told Jacob the problem I had and he insured me that it would be taken care of. As I waited for the issue to be resolved, he kept me updated with time and the status of my vehicle. Highly recommend Jacob for anyone.
