Excellent and fast service I had a miscommunication with service re my appointment and urgency of the mechanical issue and was quite frustrated and annoyed by the time I got to Mike, the service manager, on the phone. Good experience I just bought a used car from The BMW dealer. I was a little concerned since I had never bought a car “as is”. The salesman, Enrique, was great. i3 Dead as a rock, but rolling now! Long story short, the i3 secondary battery gave about 1 week warning then died. BMW roadside assistance took it for a ride to Hilton Head BMW and Kristen handled it from there. She kept me informed and though it took a few days to get a new battery, I have it back. Thanks Kristen and the service and parts departments at HHI BMW!
Parting with Consuela Streamlined process, especially filling out credit app. The buying process was easier than previous vehicle buys. They do however need to find a better radio station, lol

We were vacationing when the need for an emergency service arose,Jake at the service desk was very helpful in getting us taken care of and we were grateful for the transportation back and forth to where we were staying while the necessary 3-4 hour repair was completed.
