Best nonanxious car buying experience ever! Out of all of my many years of purchasing cars, I can honestly say that working with Enrique D. at Hilton Head BMW made this a pleasant and comfortable experience. His friendly, non pressuring presence combined with his knowledge of BMWs allowed me to make a relaxed but informed decision. The relaxed and friendly attitudes of all the staff that I came in contact with communicated the welcoming presence of a well run business with a high morale among employees.
Best car purchase ever My salesperson Charles DeCarlo was excellent. Helped us through the process. Actually the entire sales staff was very nice. Did not feel pressured to buy. Bought many cars over the years mostly Lexus. Hate buying new cars. This is my first BMW vehicle. Best buying experience so far. Would definitely buy another car from this dealership
