Great Service! Routine oil change performed promptly but then Kristin noticed the check engine light and returned vehicle to tech for diagnosis. She is a super service writer!

Service by Jacob Jacob, my service rep, was thorough and efficient in meeting my needs. He was attentive to my concerns. He sent me a video of my car being inspected and assured me that the service would be completed to my satisfaction. My car was ready when promised. It had been washed and looked spotless. Great customer service Brought my vehicle in for routine service. I had to readjust my time frame for service. Brad made sure I was aware of the work to be completed. Brad sent video/text updates along the way and work was completed ahead of schedule. I have always received attentive and informative customer service for all of my vehicles from Brad and the Service Department.
