Great Service with Care, Accuracy and Courtesy. I had my X3 serviced a few days ago as there were a number of things requiring maintenance. Brad Woodcock was the Service Advisor and he was extremely helpful in explaining what was going to be done, the approximate cost and how long it would take. I waited at the dealership during the work and Brad kept me informed of the progress. The mechanic sent me a video text of the service and the condition of some items, such as my older tires. Excellent Service Unexpected tire pressure issue. Brought the car in the next morning. Tire needed to be replaced. Tire had to be ordered as it was not in stock. Beth was very professional and helpful.
Thanks for helping me out with my Mini Cooper. I had an issue with my Mini Cooper while driving through South Carolina. I didn’t see any Mini Cooper dealers nearby on Google maps. I set up an appointment with the nearest BMW dealer and was helped by Kristen. The issue was identified the issue and expedited the part for the repair. My car was ready the next day and I decided to stay a bit longer to enjoy the area.
