"I went to the service department. They were Very..." I went to the service department. They were Very professional, and thorough Gave me confidence. I believe the representatives name was Jeremy. He was very personable and pleasant. An asset to the team.
"Service" Was expecting a long day waiting for my car and they were done surprisingly quickly. Was satisfied with the outcome even though a problem was not identified.
"Routine service" It’s a very efficiently run business, people are friendly, and the seating areas have always been very clean. They get you in an out as quickly as possible which I appreciate. Dave Gilbert was very professional.
"Diagnostic Apoiintment" Jeremy was my service rep and was excellent! He was very helpful and went out of his way to offer solutions for a pricey repair.
"Very helpful" When the check engine came on, we took our year-old 530i to Fields BMW for service. They provided a loaner car, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair at no cost to us. That’s great service! Kudos to Dave Gilbert.
"Fast appointment for a problem" 2020 vehicle had a problem. Jeremy was very helpful when I arrived. I was provided a loaner and was given periodic updates as to the status of the repair.
"Professional and Efficient" Paul handled our service appointment promptly upon arrival. He had us in and out in a timely manner (and under estimate). Fields BMW is a first class operation.
