From the time I walked in to dealership until the moment I walked out I was greeted and treated like family. It was amazing to have been greeted by the manager which seemed more eager than I was about my venture. He graciously handed us off to the best sales expert and professional that really put the icing on the cake. I must say that All my questions were answered and all the information needed was given. I became a very knowledgable buyer after my visit and knew my next vehicle will be a BMW!

I drove from Tampa to Daytona because the dealerships here where so terrible. My experience from my first call with Matt Hoffman at BMW Fields of Daytona was different. He made everything about buying what it should be, he sent me personal photos of the vehicle and treated me like family from start to finish. I would never recommend seeing anyone else when purchasing again!

Arnie Gralnick showed me the car, demonstrated the car, let me test drive the car and answered all my questions professionally and ethically. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase the car. From the moment we arrived at the dealership and until we drove off in our new car we were treated in a very professional manner from everyone we dealt with. Lee Grasso was very polite and great to work with. At no time did he make us feel pressured into buying which meant a lot to us. KC Ozut was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of the features and how they worked. We were there looking for an X5 for my mother that I saw online and after that day I wished I had bought my car there. After 5-10 mins of browsing, Lee came out and greeted us, we weren't hounded, no pressure, it was great. the X5 had only been there a few days, but it looked great. My wife and I met Lee Grasso, KC Ozut, Brendan Smith, and William Ortis this morning at Fields. Lee and the other team members were outstanding. We looked at 3 vehicles and test drove them.
