I recently purchased a BMW 2015 328i on 2/14/2015 from Fields BMW of Daytona fl and the experience was a pleasure.The salesman Lee Grasso was more than accommodating to me and my wife and made our purchase seemless. I would also like to mention Joni in the service dept and the resident genie Brendan who went the extra mile and kudos for their effort. Would I recomended Fields BMW of Daytona to my friends you bet I would. The dealership is exceptional and I hope to be a long time customer..

We had been looking for a 435 hardtop convertible, and had called and/or emailed several BMW dealers from Florida to Illinois. Mr Pollard at Fields of Daytona responded to my email inquiry. He was by far the most helpful in locating the exact car we were looking for. He was responsive to all our phone calls and emails and kept us up to date on the delivery of the car. Where do I even begin...my whole experience with Fields BMW was amazing. My client advisor, Lee Grasso, took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for. He was never pushy and very patient. After test driving a few vehicles on their lot, I did not love any of them. Lee took the time to search online inventory at other Fields locations to find me exactly what I wanted (and he did!). The car arrived the next day and I was thrilled to go check it out. I was hesitant about going through a dealership when looking for a used car; my last experience was lass than pleasant. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and price I received. I never once felt pressured, yet Lee was knowledgeable and concerned with my needs rather than just selling a car. We left with a car that was everything I had hoped for at a price I felt was a good deal. I would recommend Fields BMW Daytona, and specifically (salesman) Lee, for anyone looking for a new or slightly used BMW.

Fields BMW of Daytona Beach is a total class act. Every staff member that we have interfaced with are consummate professionals. The sales staff is low-key and non-pressure personalities. Service is always professional and exceptionally easy to arrange. Loaner cars are available per request, making the entire experience truly "no hassle".
